Color:

Origin:

In 1910, it was a pleasant discovery by George F. Kunz, the chief gemologist of the famous Tiffany & Co in Madagascar. After its discovery, the company launched this rare gem to the American market. Its name was an honorarium for the financier J. P. Morgan, an honourable avid gem collector.

Formation:

Morganite is a natural, originally purple to a salmon pink coloured gemstone. It comes from the mineral family of beryl that originates in unique sun shades of peach-pink or pure pink.
